Ghanaian musician, Dorcas Opoku Dakwa also known as Abrewa Nana has advised young artists to do good music if they want to stay relevant.
According to her, most of the songs produced by musicians are full of profane words. She describes these artists as short-sighted musicians.
“I don’t know what is happening to the music industry nowadays. Most artists sing about love or profanity and I will say these artists are short-sighted”. He stated in a recent interview.
She also advised young musicians to do meaningful and inspirational songs if they want to go far in their music careers.
“Music should not only be about dancing. It should be in a form of advice, motivation, prayers, and sometimes about love. I think this will help sell our talent to the world”. She concluded.
