The technical advisor of the Black Stars of Ghana Chris Hughton has charged Ghanaians to rally behind the Black Stars as they head into a crucial World Cup qualifier against Nigeria.
The Black Stars are hoping to get a favourable results against the Super Eagles and Chis Hughton believes with the quality we have, it is possible to make Qatar.
“We strongly believe we have the quality, desire and hunger to achieve the results that we want, it is our aim to qualify for the World Cup in Qatar and we all have a duty to make that dream a reality”
“Ghana has done it before and we can guarantee you that every Ghanaian wants to see the team in Qatar and we are committed to that. We are Ghana and we are ready”
The Black Stars will take on the Super Eagles of Nigeria in the 1st leg of the play off at the Baba Yara Stadium in Kumasi on Friday, March 25, while the 2nd leg is scheduled for the Moshood Abiola stadium in Abuja on Tuesday, March 29, 2022.
The Winner of the two legs will progress to the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 tournament.
