Alhaji Masawudu Osman, 3rd National Vice Chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), has made it clear that the party is not ready to hand over power to any other political party in Ghana
This statement comes after a National Democratic Congress (NDC) communicator predicted that John Dramani Mahama would win the presidency on December 7.
Speaking at NPP Greater rally , Alhaji Osman expressed confidence in Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia’s candidacy, stating that the NPP will not let power slip away. He emphasized that the NDC, led by Mahama, lacks the ability to bring about positive change.

He emphasized that the NPP’s exceptional performance and the impressive leadership of Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, their flagbearer, solidify their stance.
As the elections draw near, tensions between the NPP and NDC are escalating. The NPP is determined to maintain its grip on power, while the NDC seeks to reclaim the presidency. With Dr. Bawumia at the helm, the NPP is confident in its chances of success.
National Chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Mr. Stephen Ayensu Ntim, rallied party members to stand firm against intimidation and unite for victory in the upcoming elections.
He assured that he, the General Secretary, and party executives will fully support members in the face of adversity.
Mr. Ntim emphasized the party’s commitment to empowering youth through job creation and improved livelihoods, key to securing NPP’s victory. To achieve this, he urged party faithful to embark on door-to-door campaigns, a grassroots approach to winning power.
